Smart Count: How to fix error "You do not have privileges to view this page (Locations)"?

Hello Guru's,

When I want to open Smart Count app under the 'Smart Count Inventory Manager' role, I get an error 'You do not have privileges to view this page'.

When I look at the preferences of the role, this role is allowed to view the locations:

Any idea why I cannot get access to the Locations list?
