Inventory Valuation for all locations by date

How can I see inventory valuation per items by locations at a specific date such as Jun 30, 2020? We have "Inventory Valuation Report" but that report only show today value not in the past value. The ideal Inventory Valuation for all locations by date report should show QTY on hand, average cost, total value PER item BY location at a SPECIFIC DATE in the past. Thank you.
