Source 'addrphone' field from Shipping Address to display on Sales Orders
We need to display the shipping addressee's phone number on our Sales Orders. By default, Netsuite only shows the shipping address in the Ship To box. We mainly need this to display on our PDF templates but trying to bring it on on the Sales Order record as well.
I followed the instructions of Suite Answers ID: 80489 but I get an error that 'shippingaddress.phone' is not found. I've tried also sourcing this directly to the field ID that shows in the Shipping Address edit box - 'addrphone' but also get a not found error. These could be customers that are coming in from a our Shopify integration so their phone number may not live on the actual customer record but only in the Shipping Address pop up box on the SO record.
