Limit the quantity of an item in a bin

Is there away with NetSuite WMS to limit the qty of an item stored in any Bin.

I know that a replen strategy will limit the qty in the preferred bin using the WMS Replen Max Qty, but I am thinking more of a situation that could happen in bulk storage where you can only store 1 pallet per bin, how do you indicate to the putaway strategy the the bin is full?
