Rogue user login failure / block

I'm seeing these login failures in my admin terminal. As far as I can tell, This user is delete. Nothing comes up in the search for this user name. Also, the IP keeps changing. Is there somewhere I might look to find the user? And is there some way to block this so the login attempt doesn't show up since it's not a valid user?
