How to send PO PDF Email after approval to contact vendor person?

Hi expert,

I have scenario on Purchase order menu, the requirement is, after PO is approved, I want to submit PO PDF to email to several persons in "vendor contact" listed on vendor master.

how to achieve this requirement ?
