BIN RECORD ZONES ARE BLANK AFTER SAVING

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:39PM in Ask A Guru 8 comments

Morning,

What has changed in the Bin Record to where the zones do not populate (keep record of) when a zone is entered into the field?

We have been placing Bin Zones into our bin records but now they are not staying in the record when saved. Also if we update a Bin Record the zone will drop off of the record as well.

I do have zones created in the Zones records and they still are there, it is just that the bin record does not maintain them.

We do not use NetSuite WMS we are using RF-SMART and they pull the information from the bin record. But since the zones are not sticking to the record it is going to cause problems in the near future when we start using Wave Picking.

Thanks,

Brian Nick
