Fulfill into negative

Hello!

We are wanting to turn on Inventory status in our production account. When testing the feature in Sandbox we are not able to fulfill a Sales Order if the item has zero stock on hand.

Our company needs to allow users to fulfill into negative.

Is there any way to use Inventory Status but also still allow users to fulfill into negative?

This is the error that appears when trying to fulfill into negative:
