Importing Custom Budgets via CSV (Expense Commitment & Budget Validation SuiteApp)

edited Jan 17, 2024 3:42PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Hi All,

I am having issues loading the Custom Budget record from the Expense Commitment & Budget Validation SuiteApp.

I had done some testing with it in December (2022) and was able to successfully import the custom budgets via CSV. Since then we have refreshed the environment, and I have had to set it up again.

But this time, when I try loading the budgets, I get the following Error message in the response file: "Error: Budget period does not fall within the financial year."

I have tried the import for different periods (financial month, quarter year, previous periods, future periods, current period), and I get the same error message.

Howdy, Stranger!
