Send email to specific recipients and only display results related to that user
Hi all,
I'm looking to automatically send emails to specific users via a saved search. The saved search looks for transactions where the user is part of the next approver group (multi-select).
However, only some specific users should receive this email. For example, if we have a transaction that could be approved by 3 different people, it could be the case that only 2 out of the 3 potential approvers should receive the email. The objective is to send the email only to employee that doesn't regularly use Netsuite.
Therefore, we have defined recipients under the 'Specific recipients' subtab.
The issue is that all the recipients get the full list of transactions in the email instead of only getting the results that relates to him/her.
