Adding Tax line In Purchase Order for US Edition

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to add tax in the PO. I found that it is not supported by Advance Tax module in NetSuite for US edition. I am trying to create a custom tax line to add in the PO ( Non-Inventory Item). The system doesn't calculate the tax amount in the Item cost. Is there anything I am missing.
