Creating bulk Sales Orders via csv import for DTC customers
Hello!
We have 1000+ Sales Orders that we need to create in Netsuite that were created in Shopify prior to us enabling our integration. We have a simple export from Shopify that has all of the basic information (item line level) we need to create the sales orders but I'm having trouble finding a guide that addresses all of my potential concerns with doing this.
- These orders are DTC customers so they likely do not exist in Netsuite. With that being said, most of the guides I'm finding on Oracle Docs and Suite Answers refer to doing an import with customers that already exist in the system. *Note - we have line level shipping disabled by default on our SO forms.
