Is it possible to create a custom record using saved search?

Hi,

We have a comnplicated discount program that uses a custom record and would like to store all the available discounts against the orders in another custom record. I have saved search that shows all the SO, Customer Deposits with the dates, discount programs, discounts and discount amount. Is it possible to create a custom record called let's say DISCOUNTS and store all this information?
