External ID not populated

Hello there,

We upload some Journal Entries and Vendor Billing via CSV and the issue we have had during the last year is that NetSuite does not have the same field on vendor records, JE's and billing.

As you can see per screenshot, we have create a vendor record and the external ID is always empty. The auto-generated ID is actually non-existant on mapping CSV's for the transactions described above.

Any suggestions for workaround? It seems a bit strange that we need to keep on doing this repetitive task.
