when we started with netsuite we accidentally imported to set all customer shipping preferences to UPS. I need to delete/clear the shipping carrier preference field under customer - preferences - shipping carrier. However, it appears that it is a system limitation to make a mass update or to import records to update that particular field. It also appears that I cannot do a saved search that relies on that field as criteria. I thought perhaps I could create a workflow that would delete all the entries for that field based on the customer records in
