How to email a User who created an Item record?

Hello,

I want to find a way to email the user who created an item record when the value of our custom item field 'custitem19' goes from 'to be reviewed' to the new value of 'reviewed'.

I was thinking of using a send email workflow action but I am unsure how to email to the user who created the item.
