How to use a workflow to update Journal Entry Lines?
Due to limitation of bill.com/Divvy, when the credit card transactions are synced to NetSuite, the info lives in the Class field. We have to manually update the name on the first line from Speedway (the vendor name) to Sigma Alpha (the class name, also customer name). Is there a workflow that we can create, and updates transactions on the first line to the class name? I can create a search for the transactions that need to be updated.
For some reason, I could not locate the proper value field when using Set Field Value action. Must be something I did wrong, could you enlighten me please? Thank you!
