Vendor Bill Next Approver

Hi All

When I search for this Vendor Bill Transaction Number in Administrator Role, I can see Edit and Approve option but still cannot see Next Approver.

There is no Active Workflow shown.

Please help advise what other ways to trace Vendor Bill Next Approval created by certain Employee?
