Customer AR register does not match statement, journal entry is not showing
The customer let us know, the journal entry that's showing on the their statement does not show on the AR register when customer logs in. I try to run the AR register on our end, if I'm using 1-Line view, the name is missing in the customer column, which is probably why it does not appear when we run the AR register for individual customer.
But it the Entity (Line): Name does appear if I try to customize the AR register report.
On the journal entry itself, it does have name filled.
I did find Answer ID 62793 that seems to be related, but the Open box is already unchecked.
