How to check the Saved Search used for Item 360 - Open Sales Order View?
When we go into an item and under the "Item 360" subtab, "Open Sales Order" report, we are only showing one sales order when we have 3 sales order currently open that have this specific item. Is there a way to see the criteria for this report and why it is only showing 1 of the sales order? I've included a screenshot of a saved search we created that shows the 3 SOs and would like to understand the difference.
