How to resolve Sales Order timing out issues?
One of our users keeps running into an issue where her screen is being timed out after 15-20 minutes of entering a sales order, some sales orders can take hours to enter due to the number of items required. If she doesn’t hit Save before the screen is timed out she has to start the entire process over again. Also due to the amount of time it can take to enter the order, she may have to change roles in the middle of entering orders which also leads to the sales orders being lost.
Please note that we have the system set to automatically log off after 2 hours of being idle, so this is not the problem.
