Carrier and tracking information HELP?
Hi, we're currently using ChannelAdvisor to receive orders from Amazon and when a customer places an order, the carrier is populated in ChannelAdvisor based on the ship mappings setup in ChannelAdvisor. However, on some orders we need to ship truck freight and when we update the carrier and enter tracking number in Netsuite, it updates the tracking number but not the carrier back in ChannelAdvisor. Therefore, our Valid Tracking Rating takes a hit in Amazon because the carrier and tracking number don't match after ship fulfillment is sent back over to Amazon.
