Tracking# on sales order

Is there some preference in NetSuite, where you can set which website the link in the field tracking# (id:linkedtrackingnumbers) on sales order will lead? Our customer's account the link leads always to FedEx's website and does not have Shipping Label Integration turned on. Is there possibility to define on sales order or in preferences the website link on the tracking# field?
