Why are some of our Journal Voucher records not being updated by the Workflow?

Hello dear,


We are facing an issue with the Journal Voucher record. we have an approval workflow on JV. Some JVs are not showing the approved by Name and for some JVs it is showing properly.

any one know the reason for such an issue?
