Generate Cycle Count - Includes items already in a prior IC with started status

edited Dec 5, 2023 1:29PM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

Hello,

We conduct our cycle counts utilizing last date, next date and count frequency. When I generate a cycle count from a plan, I would like to assign a list of items to multiple operators to count on the same day.

After creating the first plan (see below)

I then go to generate the second plan for another operator and the prior selected items reappear on the generate page

If I try to select the item again I get an error message (which make sense) however I would like to know how you ensure these items do not appear on the list at all to avoid having to remember what items have already been assigned. Particularly given it appears that we will receive an error message one item at a time!

Howdy, Stranger!
