Saved search : Vendor change at bill level

Hi,

Issue: The vendor was changed in some of the bills. We need to Identify those bills.

I am trying to create a saved search where the vendor was changed at the bill level. I tried the different system notes fields to filter the Vendor field. The saved search is not loading for me.

What is the field name in the system notes for the Vendor field at the bill level?
