Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Colorado RDF using NetSuite and Avalara
Has anyone had the same issue we are having with the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee using NetSuite and Avalara? The $0.28 charge is calculated properly on our website, but when an order is synced or manually created in NetSuite, the fee is not applied.
When the customer orders on our website, it will charge them the $0.28 fee and they pay that on the total amount. When the order is then synced over to NetSuite, the total amount of the sales order is reduced by $0.28. This makes the order total amount $0.28 lower than the customer deposit.
Also, if an order is manually placed in NetSuite, the $0.28 RDF charge is not charged. We are using Avalara (AvaTax) on both our website and in NetSuite. We are not quite sure what needs to be done in NetSuite so it will calculate the RDF when an order is manually place. We also are not sure what needs done so when an order syncs from our website to NetSuite, it recognizes the RDF fee and shows it in the order total.
