Receive order information on Bill

Hii, i want to ask,

can netsuite break down items based on the receive number on the bill?

I have an example on PO xx1 where there were 2 receipts of goods with the same item

item A GR001 1pcs

Item A GR002 2pcs

but when im processing the bill, item A is combined to be as follows

Item A 3pcs

So how do we know that item A consists of GR001 1pcs and GR003 2pcs? or how to make the bill happen

Item A 1pc GR001

Item A 2pcs GR002
