How to customize Inventory Count Sheets?

Is it possible to include additional native fields from the Inventory Count on the PDF that is created via Transactions --> Inventory --> Print Inventory Count Sheet ?

We're hoping to include Department and Memo fields in the header of the Inventory Count Sheet PDF.

Upon reviewing the Supply Chain Preferences page, I see the option to include a barcode but no other fields.
