Default RMA Receiving Status

in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Currently, the overall default inventory status in GOOD. We are starting to use RMA's, and I want the default status on an RMA receipt to be QA Hold. I have marked the default RMA receiving status on this record as YES, but it continues to default to good.


What else can I check to have this correctly default?
