Customize Employee purchase request Email template

Hi All,

We are using the Automatically notify Supervisor feature so the standard Netsuite purchase request email will be sent to the supervisor.

Due to the high frequency of creating purchase orders, some emails are not sent to the supervisor.

The reason found was " Not sent: Blocked by mail filter". The cause of this as per my understanding is that The sending rate is inaccurate or too high (similar email messages are being sent too rapidly).

So is it possible to Customize the Employee purchase request Email template to include any unique identified in the Email subject? I hope by doing this the email won't be blocked .
