Serial Number Shows Unavailable - Item Fulfillment

We have a line item with a serial number showing -1 on hand upon time of fulfillment.

It was originally captured on an SO, then was placed on a WO, built on an Assembly, Unbuilt, and then Built again before fulfillment. The follow error is returned:

  • The following Inventory numbers are not available: [Item:X1:HVR-2U-16A8IP, Number:USA23122974283, Quantity:1, On Hand:-1, Committed:]
