how to i trigger the reapproval when the amount is increased on an approved PO

so in this transition, i need to add a condition that compares the new amount of the PO with the amount before it's editted, and if the new amount is higher, trigger the workflow again. do I add a workflow field? could you give some guidance, i'd really appreciate it
