Messages and Activities by Rep
I've gotten some good help on this project, but I'm still not getting expected results on a saved search. Specifically, I'm seeing a lot of duplicates, like the same activity/message twice. Also the reports seem to be providing every Name so maybe there is a better base report to use... (How do I even know what Table it's pulling from?)
I'd like to output Messages and Activities, but I'm getting a bunch of duplicate entries. The section below in the customer record shows Messages and Activities. I'd like to get those entries, just with ID, date, customer name (Name), and sales rep (Author/Owner?).
