Inventory accuracy KPI reports

Hi,

I am trying to create a report to measure inventory accuracy to give a tangible goal to my warehouse manager, one of them being: maintaining/increasing inventory accuracy (quantity in NS vs. actual).

We do cycle counts.

Are there any inventory accuracy report that is native to NS?

At first I was going to pull up Stock Adjustment records, but learned that we have been using adjustments for other reasons than reporting inventory discrepancies.
