Why can we not see the available options for Incoterms?
Although we'd like to utilize the intercompany transfer order functions, we're compelled to enter the applicable Incoterm terms for the transaction (which is a required field). However, when attempting to select in the pulldown menu for Incoterm, no options exist.
Moreover, under Setup - Accounting - Accounting Preferences - Order Management - Transfer Orders - Default Transfer Order, Incoterms... no options are available in the pulldown menu (i.e., nothing can be selected).
Why can we not see the available options for Incoterms?
