How to restrict users from editing Rate & Quantity fields on Bills?

Hi Team,

Could you please advise is there any way where we can restrict editing the quantity and rate in Bill form?

Scenario: User place a purchase order with 4 qty and rate Rs.2.00. But when they book the bill they are trying to edit the qty to 6 and rate to Rs.3.00.

Could you please advise how to restrict this one?
