Sales order with billed and unbilled amount net of tax

Hello there, i've built a Saved search to calculate total billed amount and unbilled amount net of tax, think the below is working for billed amount but would be grateful for any suggestions for a formula to calculate unbilled amount net of tax based on the formulas used below, thanks for your help.
