How to make a Workflow to set Location by shipping country on SO?

Hello,

I have found a response via Suite Answers 94834 Set Value for Location Field upon Certain Condition on Ship To Address Field on Sales Order Record via Workflow (custhelp.com)

However I want to change the formula so that it searches for ship Country GB and sets a location and if not GB it will set an alternative location. Can you let me know how I can do this? Thanks.
