Does NetSuite have a scan data type feature?
Hi There
Something that a lot of Warehouse Management Systems offer is a module called “Scan Data”,
Which is a backend table of exactly what was scanned on a Sales Order or Purchase Order
Eg. Order Number #12345
.S275 / 275ml Balancing Shampoo x 96
C275 / 275ml Balancing Conditioner x 72
With an RF gun, you’ll usually need to scan all 8 cartons for the shampoo & all 6 cartons for the conditioner.
The Scan Data (which cannot be altered) will display how many cartons of shampoo and conditioner have been scanned,
Any number that isn’t equal to the order quantity is obviously a mispick.
