updating cybersource REST API request questions
We received an email from cybersource saying that "our systems detected your connection to Cybersource REST API requests are continuing to use parentheses in the Authentication Payload."
I asked cybersource support and they said that it is an update that needs to take place on the Netsuite side because we are using a prebuilt checkout integration.
The only information that I have found online is how to set up Cybersource in netsuite (which already done), and how to update the Suite App (which we dont have).
How can I tell what version of the cybersource integration we currently have?
And how do I go about updating it? There is not suite app installed, and there is no versioning or update options when i go to the Cybersource Credit Card Processing Profile.
