Inventory balance records with On Hand and Available zero
Hi, When trying to approve an inventory count I receive a notice that it must be positive, when reviewing the inventory balance the items that generate the error have quantity on hand at 0 and available at 0, there is a way to eliminate these records at 0, or do you have any advice to solve this situation and allow the inventory count to be approved?
