Smartcount Configuration per WMS level / aisle

Hello,

I'm trying to make count configurations for Smart Count making segments using WMS level and WMS Aisle fields.

This works fine except when an item is stored on multiple bins spread over multiple WMS levels. It seems that items do not show in the task, list when it should appear in mutiple tasks lists.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

Or does anyone know the logic Smart Count is using for this.
