"Return Authorization Pending" report not working
Good Afternoon All,
We have a fairly new, basic NetSuite implementation. I was trying to use the out-of-the-box "Return Authorizations Pending Receipt" report in NetSuite, but it keeps telling me there is no data. However, I know that we have at least one RMA in "Pending Receipt," and it definitely matches the data in the filters, but still, it shows no data.
Any ideas on what's going on?
