Identifying Assembly parts not in correct subsidiary

When our users are building an assembly, sometimes the part number does not have the correct subsidiaries in the part number file. If that is the case NS throws the error below when we go to save the assembly:

Is there a way for NS to notify us before we've built an entire assembly, or at least not remove all the data that was entered? Our users have to start from scratch. On long assemblies, this is painful! NS also does not identify which part is not set up properly, so we have to go through EVERY part number to find the issue.
