FedEx integration doesn't let us select multiple accounts

Hello,

For all the shipping and handling charges, we want to the account in FedEx to be set to accounts based on whether the it was for Manufacturing or for General. In the FedEx Shipping Item, we don't have an option to select this based on this. Does anyone know how to achieve this?
