When will NetSuite support SCIM via Azure Active Directory?

We want to implement SCIM (System Cross-Domain Identity Management) via Azure Active Directory which was previously available in NetSuite. I am told that NetSuite's API to support SCIM broke and was removed.

When will NetSuite support SCIM via Azure Active Directory?

Note: This will make user account provisioning much easier and more secure.
