WMS not identifying the cartons for FedEx ship method
Hi,
We have enabled FedEx and configuered it to calculate shipping and charging costs. Then we have another ship method called, Testing. This will eventually replace a ship method that will not be integrated but manually managed.
When we create an order with FedEx Ground ship method, and use the WMS to pick and pack to a carton, it does not show in the Quick Ship section of the WMS module. That is when we type the carton, it says not found. The same if we try with Testing ship method, that works.
Does anyone know what the issue could be?
