Ongoing Amazon inventory sync issue with NetSuite Connector
Hello all,
I'm reaching out to seek advice on an issue we're experiencing with the NetSuite Connector, which we use to sync inventory levels between NetSuite and our Amazon listings using realtime sync. We can't use the scheduled interval sync as that caused listing to never come back in stock despite the sync. Here's a brief overview of the problems:
- Inconsistent Inventory Sync: Some listings do not update correctly, causing them to display incorrect inventory quantities. For example, despite syncing a quantity of 10, the listing continues to show 15, which is several days old.
- Underreported Inventory: Other listings show fewer items than we actually have in stock. For instance, we sync 10 units, but the listing only shows 6.
