advanced bin management issues

hello i have some questions regarding bin management.

here are the relevant features we have enabled:

multi-location inventory

assembly items

bin management

advanced bin/numbered inventory management

advanced inventory management

run down of use

we use bill of materials consisting of component inventory items. component items are transferred in NetSuite from a central warehouse to production facilities. assembly build is then used from the production facility locations in NetSuite to build finished products that are then transferred to our central warehouse and retail locations. all of these are separate locations within NetSuite.

after selecting "use bins" for the component items we are getting errors when trying to do assembly builds and transfer orders from locations other than the central warehouse location in netsuite.
